Receive candidate suggestions via e-mail automatically
You have created a vacancy, contacted some suitable experts and are now waiting for, hopefully positive, feedback. What if a matching candidate updates their profile a few days later or creates a new profile in our database? Let our automated matching work for you and be conveniently informed about new, suitable specialists by e-mail.
How it works
- Directly after you have created a vacancy, you will immediately receive the first candidate suggestions through our automatic matching.
- Upon request (selecting a checkbox), we can carry out this search for you on a daily basis and deliver matching candidate suggestions conveniently to your e-mail inbox.
- For new search hits that match your requirements, we will send you a daily e-mail with brief overviews of up to 5 candidates.
- By clicking on a candidate, you can access the detailed expert profile and contact them directly if required.
- We only suggest candidates that you have not looked at in detail in the past 20 days. And also only candidates that we have not already suggested to you in the same period.
- If you no longer wish to receive candidate suggestions for a vacancy, simply end the subscription with a mouse click.
- As soon as you close a vacancy, you will of course no longer receive candidate suggestions for it.
- You can easily activate automated candidate suggestions by e-mail when creating or editing a vacancy.
Activation can also be done subsequently, in the "E-mail notifications" area.
Here you can activate/deactivate candidate suggestions for all active vacancies at any time. You can also manage candidate suggestions for stored searches here.
