• Identify the current state of the architecture and create the future state of the architecture (Business, Applications, Data and Technology). Document the capabilities and architectures for the project and introduce Microservices. Produce Enterprise Architecture artefacts.

• Identify the current state integration architecture. Define the target state architecture and propose a tactical intermediate architecture considering the given constraints and the IT Strategy. Create an intermediate architecture for phase 1 of the program based on the current architecture and the state target architecture to replace the core accounting system (transactions, credits, debits, reconciliations) and the database. Compile the SAD, high-level design and Service Governance documents.
• Validate Requirements, advise the Project Manager and lead other architects and the offshore team. Liaise with the core banking users and advice on consuming the services.
