Reviewed the existing structures and operations; liaised with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders; created a strategic and tactical implementation plan; and led the execution of the plan. Succeeded in building a shared service centre structure across 7 different agencies, streamlining operational tasks and delivering additional HR consulting time for the leadership team
  • Expedia had undertaken a review that resulted in the objective of building a best-in-class HR operation. As Global HR Lead led the project to transform the HR operation. Undertook a comprehensive initial assessment of the business; built an operational plan; instilled a business partnering culture across the department; enabled a positive rebuild using advanced people analytics; created a new suite of relevant structures and processes; and implemented the transformation plan. Succeeded building a new and effective recruiting operation that hired 2K+ people p.a. in 52 countries, supporting ?Hyper Growth?
  • Deutsche Telekom was ahead of the curve in creating ?New Work? environments and wanted to develop the system further. As VP of Human Resources, led an organic evolution by bringing the entire HR value chain under the control of the Innovation Unit for Deutsche Telekom. Implemented a new office environment; created a more efficient HR model; drove innovations in leadership development; and built up an Agile competence centre. Succeeded in helping a business with more than 50 Consultants to change and improve the development approach from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
