Co-Innovation and Pricing Lead
As part of the SAP Digital Manufacturing Product Management, managed our customer co-innovation circles, in which Product Management works together with customers on various manufacturing related innovation topics.
Developed cloud based cost models for various versions of SAP Digital Manufacturing. These models helped position the product in the market and were the basis for cost optimizations.
Designed a new style and navigation structure for the sales presentations, for SAP Digital Manufacturing
Responsible for the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction program for SAP's Manufacturing and Industrial IoT division. I set up a cross department program (600 employees) where I worked closely together (through meetings, councils and workshops) with development teams, product managers and architects to identify opportunities for TCO reduction and to introduce a TCO mindset into the teams. The program reduced cost by 60% and has ingrained the importance of TCO in the various teams so that TCO impact is now an integral part of all cost relevant decisions that are made.
As the Product Manager for IoT product Vehicle Insights in the EMEA Region, my role revolves Innovation, Commercialization and Sales Support. This entails defining target market segments and crafting associated L0, L1, and L2 Sales presentations. I actively contributed to the creation of the Moving Assets pricing model and provided substantial support to our sales force during presentations and discovery workshops, both virtually and on-site, resulting in signed contracts. Additionally, I represented Vehicle Insights at various trade fairs across the EMEA region and played a key role in developing a business case for E-Mobility. I conducted well-received commercial enablement sessions for our sales force and technical sessions for development teams. Notably, I led a 1-week Design Thinking workshop in the Middle East, resulting in a 300K OEM contract and an SAP Innovation Award for our designed product.

Product and UX design for the radically new Liquidity Planning solution, together with Deloitte & Touche and Bosch-Siemens Hausgerätte, met with raving reviews from treasury professional and their managers.
Participated in the UX design for SAP Medical Research Insights, whihc won a RedDot Award
Conceptual, UX and visual design for three Vehicle Insights Vision Show Cases for CEBIT 2016 and 2017. One of the showcases was nominated for the "Innovationspreis Deutsche Luftfahrt".

Responsible for the configuration UI's for SAP's mid-market product Business ByDesign
Led an international team of 10 user interface designers in Shanghai, Bangalore and Germany
Extremely challenging because of the severe technical limitations and the complexity of the underlying system.
Successfully designed a set of about a 1000 screens that where rated a quantum improvement by the consultants using them.
