Women Health, Companion Diagnostics, ?Biology ? for the molecular diagnostic IVD market, The products are sold worldwide and are regulatory certified ? FDA, EU ?. The time schedule was very ambitious and the products were delivered successfully on time and in budget. Design thinking, UX and prototyping were used to shorten development times.
The project team consisted of 15 engineers and was managed using Scrum and Kanban approaches.
