As senior agile consultant for the introduction of agile approaches (Scrum, eXtreme Programming, Kanban, LeSS) I worked to evolve IT and development departments to use agile techniques in the area of product realization and application life-cycle management.

I held the roles of scrum master,, product owner, agile coach, and ad interim project leader for the realization of a product family of diagnostics products ?cobas 4800? ? Women Health, Companion Diagnostics, ?Biology ? for the molecular diagnostic IVD market, The products are sold worldwide and are regulatory certified ? FDA, EU ?. The time schedule was very ambitious and the products were delivered successfully on time and in budget. Design thinking, UX and prototyping were used to shorten development times.
The project team consisted of 15 engineers and was managed using Scrum and Kanban approaches.
