  • Launch of an analytics tool for a leading German retailer with the goal to improve CRM measurements (multi partner CRM program ?Deutschland?Card?) for each single store by implementing modern Marketing Technology. Develop training concept for end user enablement (retail store managers) in order to create new business value.
  • In some regions EDEKA started the roll-out earlier than actually planned, because the acceptance was unexpectedly high.
