• established a design system and frontend architecture concept to build the foundation for migrating a SaaS product consisting of multiple applications to a new architecture (migrating from Angular.js/Svelte/PHP) to a modern SPA architecture. Focus on building workflows that shaped the horizontal integration/collaboration of multiple (5+) product teams, a UI library team, design and backend teams. Strong collaboration with C-level to ensure planning and execution of this 2+ years transition phase meet business goals

• Bootstrapped an early stage startup that analyzes on- and off-chain data to form financial KPI dashboards for NFT markets. The application was built upon a Postgres database, making 1TB+ of data analyzeable in sub-second queries. In my role I've also built the full stack from the Go data ingestion routines, to the node.js API, the React client and the visual application.
