Responsible for the Managing of Technical Architects Software development project deliverables and all project related tasks within the team in an Agile environment. This is part of the Transformation Program for Telefonica. My role involves but not limited to

• Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of Project Timelines for the Architects
• Identifying activities, dependencies, sequencing, and time estimates
• Identify deliverables, milestones, and risks within the Project.
• Requirements gathering from stake holders. Facilitating communication
• Participating in Project Planning, Provide support during testing.
• Meeting with Client (Telefonica) to communicate Project Delivery Timelines and Progress
• Coordinating resources and team members. Budget planning for resources. Forecasting needs.
• Producing detailed Project Plans and share with clients, staff members and project teams and revising them based on changes in real time situations. Manage the Change requests with the Change Co Ordinator.
• Identifying and assigning Project Tasks to team members, based on experience and technical strengths.
• Providing Project Status Reports to clients and management.
• Working effectively with Client Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.
• Using Agile methodologies to with tools such as Confluence to track all activities and mapping timelines created in Jira to provide a holistic view of deliverables through dashboards and ensure the expected deadlines are respected.
• Using Jira to track, Epics, Tasks and User Stories, creating reports and Link Status of Epics / Tasks to Reporting page in Confluence. 

• My role entailed Project Managing Project for the Technical separation of Galderma from Nestle. Under my guidance the build completion and migration to Azure of several streams where successfully completed
• Managing the Application Packaging Team Ensuring that all applications are compatible for Cloud migrations.
• Deploying Application to test environments for testing. Identifying test users
• Managing the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) from a selected user base.
• Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD Connect (AADC), Azure Monitoring Design Intune, Laptop Build, Application Packaging, M365(Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive Mailbox), Always On VPN, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), SCCM, Print Services. Other Streams in progress include migrating Enterprise Voice from Nestle to Galderma and integrating with Teams.
