  • I led the 150+ team across 10 Benelux and France and drive the establishment of a safety improvement plan and a cultural assessment programme in Terneuzen
  • After three tough years, the Dutch government was applauding our efforts to drive cultural change and heralding us as a reference site for our safety improvement plan. I know that I actually saved at least one life.
