    • SQL Database Module: Utilize Python-SQL 0.8 to process query requests on the collected data and format the output properly.
    • Data Visualization Module: Use a graphic library in Python to generate the required graphs based on the formatted data.
    • Interpretation Module: Interpret the generated graphs and produce an HTML file as the final output.
    • ?Data Source: The project involves working with collected experimental data related to DNA sequences.
  • Tools and Technologies: Python, SQL, a graphic library in Python, and HTML are used for various stages of the project.
  • Collaborating Organization: The project was executed for the Bio-Technology industry by Lawrence Berkeley National Lab.
  • Output: The final output of the project is an HTML file containing infographics and interpretations of the DNA sequence data.
