Problem resolutions
associated to maintenance, performance and fault situations of supported systems: Co-ordinate with internal and external customers for escalation and support; Appraise situation. Collect, collate and analyse problem-associated information. Apply decision making to ensure problem resolution.
Implementation support
of new systems through to operational service: Determine and contribute to delivery of an Acceptance test plan, Establish criteria to support the handover of installed equipment to customer, Attend Site Surveys and pre-installation meeting, Perform / Supervise installation by 3rd Party, Commission and demonstrate equipment operability for customer acceptance, Integrate equipment into operational service as required.
Software release implementation services
Identifying timetable of key software releases and correction packages, Ensure software is approved and tested before customer implementation, Perform / Supervise the install and activation of software on customer equipment. Ensure fallback procedures are available and reliable, Ensure associated documentation is suitable for customer, Ensured awareness of standards and requirements for customer software acceptance.
