  • At first Nexis-Fibers wanted to implement ML, but then the system analysis gave such a bad result that I recommended first to do a big Reengineering in CO.
  • Nexis had for each Company-code one Controlling Area and one Operation Concern.
  • I recommended migrating the 5 Operation Concern to one new Operation Concern.
  • Analyzed all impacts for such a change process in a running system, risk analysis. The impacts were heavy to other modules like Costing, billing, enhancements, and others, overtake old invoices, etc.
  • Solved all the technical problems.
  • Created a new Operation Concern and linked the 5 Controlling Area to this new one
  • Created solution for migration the old SD-Invoices into the new Operation Concern
  • Developed complete new enhancement for CO-PA, developed key figure schema, form and reports
  • Implemented and tested (Work in Process) WIP, Variances for PP-Order and settlement
  • CO- and FI-Master data cleansing.
  • Implemented, documented Period-End-Closing for CO with SCMA (Schedule Manager)
  • Created System- and End-user documentation, trained the key-user.
