My main responsibility was to:

  • define and manage the master plan and coordinate the stakeholders and teams of Opteven, VW Versicherung AG Head-Quarter, the different local banks of VWFSAG (Spain, Italy, Sweden, Czech Republic) as well as the external providers (taxes, layers, marketing),
  • manage the adaptation of the web-based POS and back-office applications (E2E processes),
