"Der Consultant hatte die Aufgabe, den Betrieb des NT-basierten IT-FrontEnd-Equipments sicherzustellen. Betreut wurden ca. 4.200 Desktops/Notebooks, 1.100 Printer, 400 PDAs (PalmOS/PocketPC) und 9.000 EndUser. Diese Aufgabe hat er zu unseren vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Während der Projektlaufzeit wurden auftretende Probleme vom Consultant schnell und mit sehr gutem Fachwissen gelöst. Der Consultant integrierte sich sehr schnell in unser Team und war bald ein geschätzter Ansprechpartner. Im Laufe des Projektes wurden seine Aufgaben erweitert.
