Customer: WÜRTH ITENSIS/WUGONA, SWITZERLAND

Tasks:

  • I took over this project from well-known agency after a couple of their consultants could not deliver requirements
  • Reviewed, re-planned project, designed and led the Treasury Cash Banking Solution for WUGONA USA). Redesigned bank statements for forms for automated interest calculation for all customers of Bank of America, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo.

  • I won this project from Hanse Orga (now known as Serrala). Designed and led the SAP BCM/Bank Treasury solution.

Customer: SAP GERMANY FOR ERICSSON SWEDEN

Tasks:

  • Led the migration of newly acquired Marconi company into Ericsson SAP MUS Template and interfaces - CO-PC, CO-PA, IHC, Treasury and Cash -OM, CCA, PCA, Intercompany, NewGL AR, AP with VIM, MRP, PP AA, and Tax in RTR, OTC, PTP
  • Led Sales, Procurement integration alignment to Finance and global Asset Class alignment phased deployment, 30 countries

2002 - 2003

Role: PROCESS IMPROVEMENT LEAD / BUSINESS ANALYST

Customer: ACTELION PHARMACEUTICAL, SWITZERLAND

Tasks:

  • Designed and led the management of the clinical trials to be processed in-house from the outsourcing company, to gain full E2E control of the monthly FDA approvals. Trained all internal teams, wrote all documentation for handover.
