I’m making data science work for my clients with real life data in real life use cases in a given (short) timeframe. I’m optimizing data collection / validation/ cleaning and analysis process for them. I build streamlined cloud infrastructure & saving significant costs on cloud computing at the same time. I’m delivering meaningful insights and actionable dashboards for stakeholders, helping them put data into scenarios. I help building up/ training data science teams for cutting edge technologies & continuous delivery.

RESULTS

• Built a solution for a Swiss hearing care manufacturer to use their real-life data streams from costumers for product development & fine tuning their noise cancelling feature
• Optimized cloud architecture to save costs & built a new recommendation engine for a British sub-prime lender company, to help their lending process better automatized, faster & more flexible with less risk.
• Fine-tuned a recommendation engine for a German unicorn travel start-up to make it faster with less cloud costs and better recommendations. Also helped their data science team in more effective work.

I've been managing my company's business development, marketing & research activity in Hungary, in cee region for a team of 35 talents. We provided wide range of integrated marketing services starting from classical and online survey solutions, private community building and online panel outsourcing, big data collection & big data analytics / visualization. We were using cutting edge cloud technologies like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean to build big data flow, analytics & automated marketing systems with great elasticity and cost efficiency for our clients:  from smaller start-ups till Fortune500 companies.

GENERAL CONTEXT

My job was at Pesti Est (Hungary’s largest free magazine publisher) to monitor, track and analyse reading of the magazine compared to competitors and produce reports for lead generation marketing programs. Actively provide sales with support required to win new business. Drive analyst relations and work with internal business development team to extract existing market information to support overall development of the products (print, web, indoor, creative, content creation).  Drive and execute on custom research projects as requested by sales or management.

RESULTS

• Almost all of the publisher’s portfolio was successfully redesigned based on my researches and recommendations.
• With my consultancy Pesti Est won a huge antitrust trial against competitors.
• With my presentations Pesti Est’s sales team became extremely successful in communicating research data to clients, which made a real difference compared to competitors at key clients.

My profession was to manage, organize and conduct international research projects, from intake through consulting with client & internal experts to and holding keynotes to clients. My key accounts were @ Synovate: Imperial Tobacco, BAT, Akzo-Nobel and Renault.

RESULTS

• Managed large multinational tracking surveys (worldwide 12 and 19 countries each) (Imperial Tobacco) with great success
• Managed the first car-clinic survey in Hungary (Renault - Dacia).
• Added advanced statistic methods (SPSS - regression, clustering, factor analysis, correspondence analysis) to Synovate Hungary's data processing repertoire, so Synovate remained competitive for key clients (TCCC, Nestle) in Hungary.

My duty was to win clients, direct and conduct online research projects, from intake to giving advice through make the research design and supervise field activity till make presentations / recommendations to clients. I’ve been in charge to make NRC online panel solution up and running, create programing specifications and work day-to-day with developers.

GENERAL CONTEXT

At Carnation Internet Research (one of Hungary’s leading online communications agency) my job was to plan and conduct researches about the burgeoning internet market in Hungary. Later as an internet consultant my duty was to manage large web development projects, staring with proactive proposals, doing schemes, brief and supervise programmers and designers, test products and write product documentation.

• Successfully managed large websites development (Bosch-Siemens Home Appliances, Juventus Team, Beiersdorf, DSH-online, E.ON, Carnation newsletter engine, Carnation HR engine) and large consulting projects (Hungarian Ministry of Transport, Telecommunication and Trade, Regional Development Agency).
• With solely my work Carnation Newsletter became a very popular (10k+ readers) source of Internet news in Hungary among professionals.
