dwpbank manages approximately 5.2 million securities accounts
for savings banks, cooperatives, and private and commercial

nearly EUR 2,362 billion assets under technical management. In

systems. With approximately 220,000 managed users –

The main responsibility in this project was the development of a requirements specification document for the company. Through interviews and workshops, as well as deep research and writing the document was completed within an extremely short period of time.

Short description
The main goal was the definition, conception and implementation of user interfaces which would replace and simplfy the current ones. Prototypes were developed and provided as means for the GUIs which are already ported and for the all the coming GUI implementations. The webbased prototypes are in fact more than prototypes since they are fully shaped in color, forms, logos and include the workflow with the exception that they are not connected to a live database. During this process a common development as well as a standardised communcation process was implemented in the team. The result was a better fitting organisation, development and communcation with more clear goals within the team.
