Coordination of the AIT rollouts for Allianz Partners in APAC region. Allianz Information Transformation (AIT) focus on:

- DCC (Data Centre Consolidation): Migration of all IT services into the strategic DCs for APAC region in Singapore and Sydney.

- AVC (Allianz Virtual Client): Rollout of new virtual workplace solution

- GIAM (Global Identity and Access Management): centralized Identity Management for all Allianz SE OE´s.

-GM (Global Mail): Rollout of new Mail infrastructure

-AGN (Allianz Global Network): Migration of the whole network infrastructure, including security services to new provider.

Preparation of the AVC rollout for all Allianz OE´s worldwide. Alignment with Allianz SE and Provider (DXC), Rollout plan alignment with OE´s, Program Budget steering (13M Euro p.a.)

Establishing a security concept according to BSI 100-x standard, implementation of the CISO function into IT and Governance department, quarterly reporting to management of IT security status and risks.

Design new DC concept based on business and IT requirements collected during the design phase, including:

- BIA with RTO / RPO

- minimize worldwide IT operation efforts

- according to reulatory requirements of several countries, including Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, UAE, Malaysia. 

Customer wanted to setup a cloud for public sector and needed IT-organization and  -operations concept for this major change in the delivery method.

BMW FS needs to comply with the chinese regulations from CBRC and PBOC, as well as BAFIN. The task was to create an IT-Governance policy that includes all requirements (nearly 1000 requirements identified) for the safe and comply operations of IT-infrastrucutre for a financial service company in China.

BBA (JV of BMW and Brilliance) prepare the start of a NEV for Chinese market. All IT related topics (Car IT, Production IT, Sales and Marketing) needs to be aligned and customized for this new car type with new sales model. (direct sales instead of dealerships)

Audi was in the process to setup an R&D Center in China and needs an information protection concept that fits business and security requirements. Focus was on 3rd parties delivering (IT) services to Audi China.

BMW China made a BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and identified several critical applications, hosted in a server room in the office in Beijing.The phase2 of the project was responsible to setup a new DC in Beijing according to BMW standards and migrating business critical applications into the new DC.
