Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Kaiser, founder and CEO of ots Unternehmensberatung GmbH, has mover than 35 years of experience in product data management, product lifecycle management, CAD, IT, organizsational processes, change management, software selection and implemenation, digitalization as well as consulting an all theese areas. As a student he already began in this area and continued after that as consultant (first with Andersen Consulting - today Accenture) for medium and large customers in different industry sectors.
1996 he founds ots Unternehmensberatung GmbH and offers complete service for consulting, implementation as well as support for Product Lifecycle Management and document management.
Mr. Kaiser graduated at TU Munich in mechanical engineering (specialist in manufacturing and operating technology) and was very deep into the whole IT-area already during school and studies; this was the basis for his extensive experience. Very much of his experience is with the Product Lifecycle Management Systen Agile ePLM of Oracle (former Eigner and Agile), also in combination with various system integrations (esp. for SAP). Increasingly he is enganged with small and medium organisations for overall IT, process digitalization and IT security. He offers service for the analyse phase, which is often accompanied by organizational changes, the selection phase for software (especially Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Document Management Systems (DMS)  for the optimum advantage of the customers, the implemtation over all phases (preparation, installation, configuraion/customizing, trainig, going-live, data analyses and migration) as well as user- and system-support afterwards. The main goal is to bring the cusomers rapid and big benefit through fast and good planned project work, without loosing the focus of the important customer needs. With his know how and personality Mr. Kaiser was able to win several big and well know customers and successfully complete the projects.

Mr. Kaiser already wrote some articles and held international presentations about product data management and other themes. His focus is espacially on integration of PDM/PLM and EnterpriseRessourcePlanning (ERP), change mangement processes across several systems as well as distributed construction and work. More and more topics like digitalization, integration, web and cloud computing as well as outsourcing and software-selection and -implementation come into the focus, where data modeling, data analysing and -optimization and data migration from existing systems are basic tasks in nearly all projects.
