I was operating from the HQ team, coordinating and managing regional and local project team members.

2018-2020: Principal Model template and roll-out to 25 countries - Purina business (pet care)

• business and technical transformation into triangular model: Producer >> Principal >> Distributor
• acting as a FICO spoc and main contributor for the project team; IFRS15 compliance guard
• design and prototyping of tens of flows between different countries, continents, inside / outside EU
• strong integration with supply chain (MM/SD) and CO; inter company automation with IDOCs
• inter-company billing printout (designing, writing specs, coordinating developments and testing) to make it VAT and Customs compliant across all countries in scope - using Microsoft Azure
• building distribution / VAT / Incoterms and compliance matrices for the flows
• assisting in Taxmarc implementation (VAT engine for SAP from PwC), integration and testing
• design of several user-exits and extensions required for automated inter-company process
• coordinating of master data, transfer price and currencies correctness

2017: Principal Model pilot in 2 countries - Wyeth business (infant nutrition)

• ensuring compliance of business already running a principal model: EU >> CH >> China;
  acting as a main FICO spoc and architect supporting design of flows based on virtual plant - representing the stock in transit belonging to principal entity during long-distance maritime routes
• duties similar to the above project, but with narrower geographical scope and with SAP standard VAT functionalities

2016H2: Principal Model template for pharmacy migrating from legacy to SAP - Galderma business (skin health)

• Tax Triangulation and Principal Model flows prototyping and testing, including IMSP (inter-market supply planning) and & 1F2C (one face to customer)
• VAT Matrix and decision trees definition, tax return and INTRASTAT reporting
• Strong cross functional integration with MM, SD, APO, Master Data

• Globe Landscape Simplification: the migration project to S/4 HANA (simple finance) from split to mono architecture - responsible for BPML localization, end-to-end and break point tests: scoping, planning and execution
• carve-out of ice-cream business (Froneri)
• Memotch: 3rd party management tool for royalties and patents - bidirectional interface with SAP;
• AMEX-PCARD – interfacing with SAP of AMEX reconciliation tool for corporate card purchases

2008-2013: Treasury SWIFT ISO20022 and SEPA payments architect

• design and down-porting from higher SAP version, than implementation of direct SAP to SWIFT communication over FileAct protocol, based on ISO20022 pain.001/2 xml messages
• treasury leading consultant who implemented: SEPA, Direct Debit colletion (CORE, COR1, B2B), DD Mandates, Electronic Bank Statements (MT940), Bank Communication Manager (BCM)
• roll-outs to European, Asian and South America markets from kick-off to go-live

• involved in: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR;
• designed and implemented Reverse Factoring solution with automatic communication with bank over IDOC and EDI interface

• responsible for customizing of FI module, integration with SD/MM processes, covering of newly found gaps, testing, key user training, documenting; main areas were: General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Bank Accounting, Assets, user-exits (ABAP coding), preparing specifications and testing of new developments;

2nd phase:

• Responsible for Financials and integration with new logistics functionality (MM) and Human Resources (HR) modules.
• Designed and written new configurable reports, own concept and implementation of: fixed assets tax and insurance, cash journal, integration with third party tax forms using RFC technology.
